Meet the Team

Jessica Stewart
Owner
Jessica is the owner and founder of Greenfield K9 Performance Center, a facility born from a lifelong commitment to leadership, service, and the powerful bond between people and dogs.
Throughout her life, Jessica has led teams in a wide range of settings, developing people, building strong cultures, and creating spaces where both individuals and groups can thrive. She currently serves as a nonprofit CEO in Ohio.
Jessica's journey into the working and sport dog world deepened after welcoming her Belgian Malinois, Vecna, into her life. What began as curiosity quickly became a passion as Jessica and Vecna entered dog sports together and formed an extraordinary partnership grounded in trust, communication, and shared purpose. The two are active in Protection Sports Association (PSA) and have earned North America Diving Dogs (NADD) titles in both Master and Elite divisions.
Through her experiences with Vecna, Jessica discovered not only a love for dog sports, but also a calling. The bond they built changed her life, reinforcing her belief in the power of dogs of all types and breeds to enrich lives when given opportunity, structure, and respect. That realization inspired her to open her property and create Greenfield K9 Performance Center as a place where other handlers, owners, and dogs could experience the same growth, challenge, and connection she found with Vecna. Her vision is to provide a welcoming environment for dogs and handlers of all backgrounds, whether new to sport, seasoned competitors, or simply seeking a place to train, learn, and connect.
Jessica believes dogs have the ability to transform lives - not because of their breed or title, but because of the relationships we build with them. Greenfield K9 Performance Center exists to share that belief, foster that bond, and create opportunities fr teams to grow together.

Kirstin Rager

Kirstin has been training dogs for over 10 years and has been very involved with the dock diving community since 2019. She was hooked when her own dog, Nova, earned an invite to the AKC National Championship that season, as well as in 2020, 2021 (5th Place Elite Distance), and 2022. Peter, her Belgian Malinois, was crowned 2021 NADD National Champion in Master Air Retrieve and 2023 Dockdogs World Champion in Turbo Speed Retrieve. Kirstin also has a chocolate English Lab, Mota, who is having a great first season and qualified for 2026 NADD Regionals.
The enjoyment of doing exhilarating activities with dogs of all breeds and sizes, that are having just as much fun as their handlers, is what drives her to continue to make the sport and activity as fun as possible for handlers and dogs alike.
